Mohammad Mousaei

Mohammad Mousaei, 33 years old, from Qarchak and father of a four-year-old child, was killed on the evening of January 8, 2026, during protest gatherings at Kalantari Square in the city. According to received information, forces stationed in the Centennial building in the vicinity of Kalantari Square opened fire on protesters, and a bullet struck Mohammad Mousaei's head, causing his immediate death. According to this report, his body was abandoned by security forces in the desert and remained there for several hours until it was transferred by ambulance to Sattari Hospital on Friday morning. The process of handing over the body was also accompanied by delays and restrictions. His body was transferred from Qarchak to Kahrizak and then to Behesht-e Zahra on January 9, 2026. After several days, permission for burial was issued, but the family was unable to inter him in their desired cemetery.
